Sprint - 750 metre swim, 20km cycle, 5km run

2012 Provincial Sprint Distance Championship

Duathlon - 5km Run, 40km Cycle, 10km Run.

Youth Triathlon

14/15 years: 500 metre Swim, 10km Cycle, 4km Run.

16/17 years: 750 metre Swim, 20km Cycle, 5km Run.

18/19 years: 750 metre Swim, 20km Cycle, 5km Run.
