  • Held at the Terry Fox Track, in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

  • Official event in the Ontario Ultra Series (OUS)
  • Registration: Until Sept 8th: $ 60 CAD, including pre-race dinner and T-shirt;  $75 thereafter, to Sept. 23rd. Online Registration click here.
  • Pre-Race Meal: Friday, September 25th , 5:00–7:00 p.m., Terry Fox Track (race site). Please add  $20 for each guest, which will cover their food throughout the entire event, or $5 per guest for this dinner only.
  • Race is on a 400 metre world-class textured-surface (tartan) track
  • Counters to count each runner's laps
  • Meals, snacks and hot and cold drinks,  including electrolytes, are provided throughout the race
    
  • Great running weather - warm days and cool nights
  • Camping available trackside
  • Washrooms and shower facilities trackside
  • Post-race breakfast on Sunday morning, Sept 27th, after the 24 Hour race
  • Awards presented at breakfast
  • Individual results sheets for each runner
  • T-Shirts to all runners
  • Full information kit mailed to each registrant
  • Entry Deadline: 12 midnight, Wednesday, September 23rd, 2009
  • Restriction: All registrants must be at least 18 years of age by race day
  • All registrants are to complete the Waiver Form
